What do you do with the wheat grass?
I too was so excited to see little blades of green in my garden this week - my tulips will be up soon! :)

Well, one *could* juice it, but we are just playing with it and watching the miracle of seeds growing. :) It is a rewarding thing to plant -- quick gratification with sprouts ... and then beautiful springy green grass in a week or so.
Tulips are on the way in our yard too ... YAY!
